TIP: If you don’t know how to edit the header and the footer using a graphic program, you can simply use your webpage editor and set the header and footer as a “background” where its cells are. So instead of inserting them as an “image”, set them as a “background”. This way, a graphic tool isn’t necessary and all you need to do is type over the header and footer. “Impact” font always works well.

To answer your question - A ‘template’ to me is something that’s pre-designed in which text and images can be based on. Thus, the reason why I used the term template for these sets of minisites.
A template is something that can be universally customized and edited.

Yes, though I did provide the “blank” images so you can practically use any graphics software to insert your own text to it. You can even use Paint.
